Founder’s Associate – Full-time (all genders)

Build everyday food rescue with us.

Food Be Good connects canteens with people who collect surplus meals through a subscription. Scheduled pickups, paid service and clear collection data make it a predictable process.

As Founder’s Associate, you’ll work directly with our founder, Alice Warkentin. You’ll bring structure to open questions, deliver projects and help turn first conversations into lasting partnerships.

What you’ll make happen

• Develop partnerships: Identify suitable canteens and organisations, prepare and lead conversations, and coordinate the next steps through to pilot launch.
• Deliver pilot projects: Agree processes with partners, evaluate feedback and implement improvements with the team.
• Build operational structure: Organise contacts, tasks and responsibilities, and simplify recurring work with suitable digital tools.
• Support decisions: Prepare research, presentations, funding applications and analysis to inform the next stage of development.
• Own your projects: Move agreed priorities forward with clear goals and a transparent record of results.

What you bring

• Initial practical experience building or delivering projects, for example in a startup, business development, operations or your own initiative.
• You can structure open-ended tasks, set priorities and reliably deliver agreed steps.
• You listen to partners, ask thoughtful questions and communicate confidently in German and clearly in English.
• You enjoy working with digital tools and can prepare data for practical decisions.
• You’re interested in entrepreneurship, food rescue and a product that needs to work in real kitchens.

You’ll work closely with Alice and the international team. We agree priorities, share feedback and combine independent delivery with quick check-ins.

This is a full-time role. We’ll discuss the start date, working arrangements and compensation when we meet.
